05 – Do Not Honor
The issuer declined the transaction without giving a specific reason. Please contact your bank. -
07 – Pick Up Card (Special Condition)
The card is flagged as lost or stolen. Contact your bank immediately. -
12 – Invalid Transaction
The payment was denied because of an invalid entry or issue with how the card was used. Your bank can provide more information. -
41 – Lost Card, Pick Up (Fraudulent)
The card has been reported lost and should not be used. Contact your bank to resolve this. -
43 – Stolen Card, Pick Up (Fraudulent)
The card has been reported stolen. Please reach out to your bank to address the issue. -
51 – Insufficient Funds
The account balance is insufficient to complete the transaction. You may need to add funds or discuss options with your bank. -
54 – Expired Card
The card has expired. Contact your bank to request a new card. -
57 – Transaction Not Permitted to Cardholder

62 – Restricted Card

65 – Activity Limit Exceeded

91 – Issuer or Switch Inoperative

93 – Transaction Cannot Be Completed, Violation of Law

N7 – CVV2 Failure
The transaction was declined due to a CVV mismatch or other security issue. Verify your card details with your bank. -
R0 or R1 – Stop Payment Order
Your bank has blocked the transaction at your request, often as part of a stop payment order. Confirm the status with your bank.
