“temaras” on Your Billing or Bank Statement
If you notice “temaras” on your statement, it indicates that either you—or someone in your household—purchased an item from temaras (or its parent company), or a subscription associated with those sites was automatically renewed.
Still Can’t Pinpoint the Charge?
Follow these steps to track down the source of the transaction:
-
Search your email for key phrases like “Thank you for your purchase” or “Order summary.”
-
Locate a receipt matching the amount shown on your billing or bank statement.
-
On that receipt, note the sender’s email address and identify the domain (for example, “support@DOMAINWEBSITE.com”).
-
Visit the domain’s website to see if it looks familiar.
-
If you recognize the site:
-
Click Forward a Help Ticket at the top navigation.
-
Scroll to the footer and select Forward a Help Ticket.
-
