Delayed Deliveries

Although most orders arrive on schedule, some may be delivered after the estimated date. Common causes include:

International Customs Delays
- If your package is held by customs in your country, please allow sufficient time for them to complete the clearance process.
Severe Weather Conditions
- Inclement weather—such as storms, tornadoes, snowstorms, tsunamis, or heat waves—can disrupt delivery schedules. Like any delivery service, carriers face challenges during extreme weather.
- Stay informed by checking local news for weather updates. If your local post office reports adverse conditions, expect potential delays. Thank you for your understanding.
Address Issues
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address (missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number) can delay your delivery.
  - If the address in your Order Confirmation is correct, please review our Shipping and Delivery guidelines.
